Maintenance-free:  performance in four points

Impact-resistant:   performance in seven points

1  Floating-body material has a higher degree of flexibility and hardness.( CMB floating-body material's Rockwell hardness is 40, Standard Steel Materials' Rockwell hardness is 45), when impacted by external power, it can absorb the energy rapidly and restore  the prototype

2  The buoy has light weight, small inertia. When impacted, it can quickly shift to resolve the impact force, avoiding damage.

3  Floating-body is flexible and strong, anti-tension, and very difficult to tear. So it can  Maximize maximize absorption of impact force

4  Floating body has strong internal flexible steel skeleton, polyurethane foam's pouring density≥ 46kg/m3.These things play a strong support on the floating body to ensure the floating body can quickly resore after impacted without deformation.

5  lamp bracket eliminates the traditional angle by 6mm and 8mm thick steel plate Q235 stamping manufacturers. We have done many improvements in line with GB on basic, its security, anti-impact ability, life expectancy have a substantial increase

6  Floating body and the connecting pipe joint as a whole through the electric welding, lamp bracket Connectes the connecting pipe with 8 316L-M20 stainless steel bolt (Each bolt's shear force is 78KN, tensile yield stress 52KN), Strong enough to resist any impact force.

7  Lamp safe guard ring eliminates the traditional steel tube bending by 30mm thick UHMWPE plate to replace  ,with steel bracket to support. So it has Has powerful anti-deformation capability and enhanced lighting and solar panels on the protective effect.

Long life:   performance in three points

1  The buoy's molecular weight is 2,500,000 or more, and very resistant to outdoor ultraviolet radiation. It will not be aging for several decades with mechanical properties no change.

2  Lamp bracket do a phosphating treatment and paint four times. lamps stent can be used for more than 20 years (once every two years, painting).

3  Because hanging ears adopt the special structure, its ears hanging alone limit load up to 60 tons.

High environmental protection: performance in two points

1The buoy is all made of UHMWPE materials. Material properties of its high chemical stability. In the seawater it will not decompose for decades, and at the same time does not pollute the water.

2The sink-hammer confined to the tail pipe will not be affected by sea water corrosion and water pollution.
